Project TM6
Project TM6 located at Thomas-Mann-Straße 6 in Frankfurt/Main-Niederursel is based on a building which included a super market and a post office run in the 1960s. Due to today’s demands, the building last used by the supermarket chain “Netto Marken- Discount AG & Co. KG” required some renewal measures.
While contacting the building and construction authorities of the city of Frankfurt, the city planning authorities were approached as well. The restructuring at Thomas-Mann-Straße prompted by the city and referred to as the “Small Centre” was thus presented to them.
It was in this context that the city announced to the investors of Project tm6 that the restructuring of the district would begin with realising this construction project.
During extensive presentations and discussions, it was agreed that the property would be adjusted in order to meet the set goals; setting up a building with domestic and commercial space including an attractive discount super market in accordance with today’s demands as well as 52 smaller living units of different sizes and designs.
Renting
Currently all apartments are rented (as of 31 August 2020).

The residential units to be leased consist of studio flats und one-bedroom flats equipped as follows:
- floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and bedrooms creating a loggia-like atmosphere

Location
You can reach tm6 by car coming from the city centre via Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße, the Nordwestzentrum and finally Niederursel.
By underground, simply take U3, U8 and U9 up to the stop “Niederursel” or by U1 and U9 exiting at the stop “Nordwestzentrum”. Alternatively, you can take the bus lines 29, 60, 71, 72, 73 and 251.
Besides the discount supermarket for your daily grocery shopping which is located conveniently in the building, the Nordwestzentrum mall is only approximately 1 kilometre away where you will find various shops and restaurants.
In less than a five-minute walking distance you can also reach the relaxing Martin-Luther-King Park.
Motorway access can be reached in about ten minutes northeast-bound at the Heddernheim onramp onto A 661 with direct connection to A 5 (Bad Homburger Kreuz) or southwest-bound via the Nordwestkreuz onramp onto A 5.
